Our gym stands out in the Pittsburgh Crossfit scene. We are open 24/7/365! When there’s no class, you can come train. We focus heavily on growing our members abilities and creating a fun atmosphere and community.
We spend a lot of time to offer gymnastic skill clinics, olympic lifting clinics, nutrition seminars, cookouts and competitions.

MEET OUR COACHING STAFF

I am a cookie monster, relish Boston Cream donuts, and consume Sour Patch Kids habitually. -Bachelor of the Arts, University of Pittsburgh -Master of Education, Chatham University

Outside the gym, I am the Vice President at Specialty Group, where I help people get into and out of the bar/restaurant industry. I can't wait to meet you all!

Intervals on any cardio machine are my favorite but I have learned to enjoy snatches and ring muscle ups. I am always down for a good race on the rower! Currently I am pursuing my PhD at Pitt studying volcanology on Earth, Mars, and Venus. I hold two bachelor’s degrees from Rider University, one in Geoscience and the other in Marine Science.



I love (truly) burpees, box jumps, pull-ups, and any WOD with a significant cardio piece. Outside of the gym, I am a masters student at Pitt’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, focusing on Human Security. I also volunteer with Open Field, a youth development organization that uses soccer to inspire and support refugee children in the Pittsburgh area.

As a coach, I’m full of enthusiasm and zest! It’s incredible to watch our members achieve their goals and try new things. I really enjoy introducing new workout components and challenging our membership.
Outside of the gym, I am a school social worker for Pittsburgh Public Schools and coach middle school cross country. I’m originally from Colorado and enjoy everything outdoors!

Outside of training, I am in graduate school for Audiology. I love dogs, nature, and seltzer water. Kelly Clarkson is the greatest vocalist of our time, and you cannot convince me otherwise.

I enjoy talking about strength programming and working through the process of developing a plan to improve your lifts. I understand everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and that makes the whole process even more exciting. Feel free to ask me any training or movement questions you may have.
