A common question I get is "what supplements should I be taking?"
A fantastic question because it shows your are invested in your health. However, it is important to remember that our results are going to come from our ability to stay consistent with our nutrition first!
Nutrition is the main factor that allows us to see the results we want in terms of building muscle, burning fat, and living an overall healthier life. Supplements are made to fill in the gaps our nutation lacks.
With that being said, I feel confident to recommend supplements from 1st Phorm because thy will directly benefits everyone's ability to be consistent with their nutrition and see results from a well-balanced plan.
