Initiate
On - boarding
Ready to get started? Initiate is our on-boarding process. You will work 1:1 with our staff to discuss your goals, challenges, and create a fitness and nutrition plan that supports YOU. Once you finish Initiate, you will be prepared to enter our group classes with all the skills and knowledge necessary to move safely, effeciently, and get real, long lasting results.
Function
High Intensity + Strength
Function is the basis of who we are and what we do at Renegade Training! This high intensity class focuses on functional movement patterns to help you move better and feel your best. Each class consists of a warm-up, a strength piece, and a conditioning piece.
Build
Body Building with a twist
Build is our functional body building class. We isolate specific muscle groups to focus on strength, stability, and overall physique. Build is split into 4 sessions/week: Arms + Shoulders; Chest + Back; Lower Body; Full Body
Personal Training
A training program designed specifically for you
Our personal training sessions are designed around you and your individualized goals. Sessions are one hour in length and can be purchased in 3, 5, or 10 packs.
Barbell Club
Olympic Lifting at it's finest
Shadyside Barbell Club focuses specifically on Olypmic Weight Lifting technique and skills. All athletes receive individualized programming and support to help them improve in the sport of weight lifting.
Reset
Recover from your weekly training
Our recovery class will help address mobility deficits, muscle imbalances and inefficient movement patterns. We focus on mobility and accessory work, as well as manual therapy techniques to optimize joint mobility, decrease injury, and decrease muscle soreness.
24/7/365 Access
We are never closed
Can’t make it to class? Want to spend some more time working skills?
No Problem! Train on your own schedule!
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Any time there is not a group class taking place, the gym is yours!
Renegade Rehab
Physical Therapy
Injuries can keep you from looking and performing your best. It doesn't matter if your injuries are old or new, we can help! Our licensed physical therapist, Korinne Piper PT, DPT, will get you back in the gym fast! Initial sessions are 90 minutes in length; follow ups are 60 minutes.
Nutrition Coaching
1:1 Accountability or Group Coaching
You cannot manage what you don't track!
A solid foundation is key when it comes to looking, feeling, and performing our best.
We will monitor your nutrition, energy levels, sleep, and more all inside our group coaching app. We will make recommendations and adjustments as needed to ensure you have continued success.
